Ingredients
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced shallot or red onion
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Freshly ground black pepper
4 tablespoons cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Directions for making your own dressing: In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and gradually whisk in the olive oil to make a creamy dressing. Toss the desired amount of salad in a large mixing bowl, add the salad dressing and mix with a large spoon, then add the goat or feta cheese and top with walnuts.
