How to use the Gua Sha Tool:
Start by using the Gua Sha each evening after you apply your evening moisturizer. Regular use can help maximize the penetration of your serums and oils. Gently glide the Gua Sha along your skin, scraping in an upward motion, (from the base of your neck to your jawline, across your cheeks, and along your forehead).
Important: Never apply the Gua Sha near your eye area or lip area.
Loofah Sponge with drawstring
Use the loofah sponge like a washcloth along with your soap to exfoliate dead skin cells. Pull the white drawstring to hold the soap in the sponge while bathing. Allow the loofah sponge to dry by using the drawstring to hang the sponge in your bath or shower. You can easily clean the sponge by using liquid castile soap or liquid hand soap. Allow your sponge to dry before next use.
Important: Do not put your loofah sponge in the washing machine. Handwashing is highly recommended to extend the use of your loofah sponge.

Relaxing in warm water with soaking salts are the ultimate form of self-care. Our soaking salts are made with Epsom salt, pink Himalayan salt, and cold-pressed organic essential oils.
How to Use: Add a couple of scoops of bath salts to your bathtub or pedicure basin in the direction of warm running water. Soak your entire body or feet in warm water for 15 to 30 minutes. Please note, use a small amount of our bath salts in a tub with jets. Place the bath salts in the middle of your tub away from the jets, to avoid any possible damage to your jets.
